Screaming Pumpkin Race Event Branding

The Screaming Pumpkin is Peoria Illinois’ favorite Halloween-themed run through Springdale Cemetery. Not having been hosted since 2016, The Yellow Bear Foundation is bringing it back in order to raise awareness and fund research for Primary Immunodeficiency. . 

When The Yellow Bear Foundation came to us about creating the event branding for the race they shared that they’d love to have a screaming pumpkin head logo designed with a vintage feel to represent the nostalgia it carries for so many. 

We pulled in one of our favorite illustrators for this project, used retro inspired fonts and grunge textures to give it an old-fashioned, feel-good 1950’s look that will make you register just to get the t-shirt.
